RYCO Secretary General, Albert Hani, gathered together RYCO team this week in Tirana for a three-day working meeting on program plans, new financial and procurement procedures, HR and assessment policies, as well as organizational goals for upcoming period.
In a dynamic working atmosphere, SG Hani presented to the middle management team, Heads of LBOs and Project Managers, main pillars, objectives and priorities, as a guidance for the implementation of forthcoming RYCO activities, as well as long-term strategic planning. Furthermore, presented visions and goals are reflected in Management by Objective processes that are now integral part of RYCO HR policies.
By assuring sound and smooth system, these novelties, along with recent updates of financial and procurement procedures, show dedication to further organization progress and determination of the mission to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region.
During the workshop, RYCO team members discussed various topics related to implementation of Operational plan and had opportunity to exchanged ideas on upcoming regional activities.
